This blog is addressed to anyone who could possibly help me. =)

JUST JAZZ is my thesis title.

Just Jazz is a documentation of jazz as a dance genre.

Anyone who has a book about jazz dance? I need to borrow for reference.

Anyone who knows about any published article on newspapers or magazines related to jazz dance?

Anyone who knows a link of online jazz dance articles?

I need your help. =)

have you tried browsing the CCP Encyclopedia...they have great essays on the different genres..
Actually, relevant yung tanong nung nauna sa akin...Makakatulong sa paghahanap mo kung anong klaseng pagdedefine ang kailangan mo..

Jazz, in the international context or sa konteksto ng kulturang pinoy...?

para alam ko kung anong klaseng libro ang isusugest ko..

good point, limit mo ang scope ng thesis mo sa pinas lang kasi may access ka sa resources. okay yung suggestion kanina to look at CCP they have an entire library of materials but you have to get it manually.

local setting. pero pwede kami gumamit ng internationally published books for reference.

yung final output kasi ng thesis namin is that we have to create a coffee table book. since jazz dance ang topic ko, my coffee table book will have to be about jazz dance. so ang suggestion ng thesis adviser namin sa akin is to have a background of what jazz dance is in my coffee table book. but most of what the book will be containing are pictures of the dance: rehearsals/practices/training, performances, possible directed shots, etc, dahil book design with photography yung thesis category na napili ko.

saan yung CCP encyclopedia?

here are my requirements aside from the coffee table book and 4 copies of theses books.

frequecy chart, teaser ad 1, teaser ad 2, intro ad, sustaining ad 1, sustaining ad 2, promo ad, testimonial/endorsement ad, institutional ad, website, cover design, exhibit poster, exhibit floor plan and perspective, 24 pcs of 11"x14" prints of chosen shots, 5-7 collaterals, etc...
